Only orders placed on www.onadojeans.com can be returned or exchanged. You have 14 days from the date of order to return the item (s) that do not suit you.

We guarantee a refund of any item with which you are not completely satisfied, when it is returned to us intact within fifteen days of receipt. Refunds will be made according to the payment method you used.

The transport costs of your return package are the responsibility of the customer for all orders placed in mainland France.
