Our prices and your payment methods

Returns, refunds and exchanges

We guarantee a refund of any item with which you are not completely satisfied, when it is returned to us intact within fifteen days of receipt. Refunds will be made according to the payment method you used.

The transport costs of your return package are the responsibility of the customer for all orders placed in mainland France.

For orders placed and shipped outside mainland France, transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with the practice of distance selling, only items returned in their original packaging and perfectly intact as they were marketed to you will be accepted. Consequently, returns of washed and / or worn clothes will be refused.
All products may be subject to a credit or a refund.

After verification by our customer service, we can refuse a return, if it is accepted. Remember to request proof of shipment and keep it for your records - without this proof of shipment, we would not be able to refund you if we do not receive the returned items.
